Additional information may be sought by NLI and Carers Link as to meet the requirements of some laws e.g. taxation laws, immigration laws and laws to protect other persons. (i.e. children, frail aged and persons with a disability.

- we receive the results of any competency or medical examination.

- we received any complaint.
- we receive any information about a workplace accident in which you are involved.
- we received any information about your insurance litigation, registration or professional disciplinary action, criminal matter, inquest or enquiry in which you are a party
- you provide us with any additional information about yourself
Your personal and sensitive information may be used in conjunction with:
- your actual or possible work placement.
- your performance appraisals
- our assessment of your ongoing performance and appraisal.
- any test or assessment (including medical tests and any assessments) that you might be required to undertake.
- our identification of your training needs
- any workplace rehabilitation
- our management of any complaint investigation of which you are involved
- any insurance claim a proposal that requires disclosing of your personal or sensitive information
